Prices

The prices quoted in the offer/order confirmations are in EUR excl. VAT, freight, packaging, customs duties and other charges. Prices are subject to price adjustments in the form of currency changes and material price increases.

 

Delivery & Freight

Delivery time is 1-3 days if the item is in stock - depending on the customers location. If the item is not in stock, a later delivery time will be specified in the order confirmation. Subject to availability and delayed delivery from supplier to Ultrafilter. Delivery is with Blue water or DSV according to INCOTERMS EXW (Ex Works). 

 

Payment

Payment is made via invoice, Paypal or Visa/Mastercard.

 

Warranty

As a company, you have a duty to check the goods. If the goods have not been examined thoroughly on receipt and the buyer at a later stage wants to make a complaint, this may result in the rights regarding complaints having lapsed, as the fault may have occurred after the goods came into the buyer's possession.

Fort allowance claims will be void if the item is used, where it is quite obvious that the use reduces the selling price significantly.

1 year warranty is provided on products purchased from Ultrafilter. If the product against expectations breaks during the warranty period, we must be contacted and we will decide whether it should be sent to us and if we will repair it free of charge at our own or the manufacturer's workshop.

Damage to the product caused by operating errors, handling errors, modifications or gross misuse by the user are not covered by the warranty. To the extent Ultrafilter might be liable, the liability is limited to the direct losses and therefore do not include indirect losses such as lost wages, transport costs, losses, installation costs, etc.

 

Returning

All products returned to Ultrafilter must be securely wrapped. Ultrafilter recommend that the product is returned via Blue Water or DSV. It set off a charge of 15% of the price on the product. Goods can only be returned after prior agreement with Ultrafilter Scandinavia.

 

Product liability

Ultrafilter can only be held liable for damage that occurred on the goods or services provided by us, if it can be proved that the damage resulted from an error made by Ultrafilter including our employees. Ultrafilter is not responsible for loss of profits or other consequential losses incurred by purchaser or third parties. To the extent that we may incur liability to third parties, the customer is obligated to keep Ultrafilter harm free. Refer to the section. 36 in NL 92.

 

Re. NL 92 and disputes

In addition, as general conditions apply under NL 92 in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. In case the above is not adequate, except if NL 92 is expressly waived. For the legal relationship between the customer and Ultrafilter Danish law is to be applied. Jurisdiction in disputes between the customer and Ultrafilter is the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen.
