Mikrofiltration for compressed air

We recommend using P-SMF and P-AK as a pre-filter

You get obvious benefits when using the new pleated ultra-filter high-performance filter element:

• Low differential pressure
• Improved filtration efficiency
• Larger dirt recording capacity
• 70% lower energy costs

In addition, the new ultrafilter nano filter media is "oleophobic", meaning that oil and water are actively rejected, so differential loss (and therefore operating costs) is reduced to a minimum compared to conventional filter elements.

Depthfilter

A depth filter is typically consisting of multiple layers of metallic, polymeric or inorganic material – typical used a variety of silicon named borosilicate. This type of filter specializes itself by a big filtration capacity and a high stability during operation and sterilization. This type of filter is about 99,9999% effective in comparison to a given µm size.

Benefits of innovation

The quality of filter elements are becoming increasingly important, firstly because the requirements for clean air and technical gases constantly being raised, and second because awareness of one ment function and energy efficiency are always on the rise.

Ultrafilter has once again shown that it is one of the most innovative suppliers in the market with the introduction of the new Ultrafilter high-performance filter elements that are extra efficient thanks to the unique combination of binder-free, non-woven nanofiber filter media and pleating technology, a reduction in energy costs of 70% achieved and improved filtration performance.

450% larger filter area

The secret behind this large increase in performance lies in the pleating of the nano-filter media. The pleating process mechanically folds the non-woven filter media many times it makes the filter area 450% greater than that of a conventional rapped filter element.
