STERILIZATION OF MEMBRANES

STERILIZATION PROCEDURES (INLINE)
Valve (1) and valve (4) closes the drain cock (2) is opened, then open the valve (3) which lead the steam flows into the house.
After reaching a temperature of 100 ° C, and the steam begins to condense, and only opened to the drain (2), the pressure built up to the desired sterilizing temperature.
After reaching the steam temperature starts actually sterilization times:
- Saturated steam 121 ° C - 30 minutes
- Saturated steam 131 ° C - 20 minutes
- Saturated steam 141 ° C - 10 minutes
After the completion of sterilization, steam traps are closed (2) and the valve (3) and (1) is opened slowly and (4) is closed slowly, then the pressure is built up again.
STERILIZATION PROCEDURES (ELEMENT MADE OUT)
There must be a sterilizing filter element in a predetermined cycle, it may be every 14 days, 1 time per.months. or every quarter.
Our recommendation is a minimum of a 1 time per. quarter.
It is often an advantage to have two components, one is in the filter and the other is being in the process of a sterilization
