Memdryer membrane dryer is qualified to point applications and for small volume flows
The compressed air flows through a bundle of hollow fibers in the membrane dryer. When the moist compressed air flows into the bore of the fiber, the water vapor diffuses through the walls of the fibers. At the end of the device is a small volume of dry compressed air is expanded and released to the space around the outside of the fibers. The dry air sweeping away moisture from the outside of the fibers and the exhaust to the atmosphere as a moist air flow.
This means that the lower the dew point of 15-25°C with respect to the input dew point.
Dimensions are shown at the bottom in the diagram
Easy to install
Memdryer membrane dryer is designed with ease-of-installation and operation in mind. Simple to connect inlet and outlet with 1/2 "BSP (up to type 125) or 1/4" BSP (Type 150 + 180).
Maintenance-free operation
Memdryer membrane dryer is maintenance free, reliable and provides the lowest operating costs.
The correct connection
To ensure and extend the life of membranes, we recommend installing an ultrafilter MF micro filter with nanofiber technology as a pre-filter.
Safe installation
Memdryer membrane dryers can be installed quite easy and safe. Pre-filter, either a single house, or a combination of houses, can be assembled directly with the membrane dryer to a wall mounting bracket.
