The activated carbon adsorber is designed to ensure oil and odorless compressed air.
Compressed air is passed through a bed of activated carbon and ensures a residual oil content in the compressed air of < 0.003 ppm.
The residual oil content in the compressed air depends on the inlet.
A residual oil content < 0.003 ppm is related to an operating pressure of 7 bar (g), an inlet temperature of 35° C and dried compressed air with a dew point of -40° C as well as a pre-filtration for particles of < 0.03 mg / m3.
